## BEFORE ARRIVAL
Uncover the scientifically proven wellbeing benefits of connecting with nature through Into The Wild Escapes. To support you on your wellbeing journey, we've meticulously crafted an itinerary designed to optimise your experience and rejuvenation during your stay.  

We encourage you to book a cultural experience local to your tiny home region: Visit Booderee National Park Botanic Gardens to learn about bush tucker, medicinal uses of plants and the long association the Koori people have with the area. To enter, you’ll need to purchase a park pass.

We're committed to supporting the small rural communities we call home. Before your arrival, take some time to visit local producers and stock up on fresh, local goods for your tiny home stay: 

Mountain Ridge Wines: a working vineyard with a seasonal kitchen serving small plates, fresh pizzas and grazing snacks.
Two Figs Winery: award-winning, small-batch wines crafted with care.
Jim Wild's Oysters: family-run oyster farm offering fresh seafood by the river.
Blak Cede Gunyah Cafe + Shop: An Aboriginal, women-led cafe, which uses produce from their community garden. 
Berry Donut Van: serving fresh, hot cinnamon donuts since 1964.
Milkwood Bakery, Berry: fresh, organic sourdough bread and European style-pastries.

## DAY 1
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Morning meditation or yoga.
Leisurely walk on the property.
Wine and cheeseboard at sunset by the outdoor fire with local produce.
BBQ dinner with local produce.
Board games and stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 2
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Add some nature-focused activities for an immersive experience:
Spend time observing and photographing local wildlife.
Practice mindful meditation, paying attention to the sights, sounds, and scents around you.
Try sketching or painting the natural scenery.
Sunset dinner with local produce.
Stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 3
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Pick up a pastry from Milkwood Bakery in Berry, or head to Blak Cede Cafe for breakfast. 
Day Trip: Explore local attractions:
Take a leisurely stroll around the charming town of Berry, known for its heritage buildings and boutique shops.
Visit the local shops and galleries (The Berry Tea Shop, Berry Village Market - held on the fourth Sunday of every month at Berry Bowling Club)
Consider visiting Seven Mile Beach National Park for a walk along the pristine coastline.
Enjoy lunch at Il Locale, Berry – known for serving delicious food, coffee and drinks.
Return to Tiny India for sunset and stargazing with local produce by the fire.
## DAY 4
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. 
Enjoy pancakes with fresh berries and honey.
Head to Jervis Bay for a day of exploring the stunning white-sand beaches, clear waters, and marine life.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the scenic spots in Booderee National Park, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Evening: Dine at South on Albany for a hearty meal, then return to Tiny India to relax by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 5
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee and a breakfast platter made with local produce.
If the weather is warm, you might even fancy a swim at Culburra Beach. 
Visit Mountain Ridge Wines to purchase some wine, enjoy lunch, or perhaps take a tour!
Head back to your tiny home to enjoy a relaxed afternoon and stargazing with local produce.
