## BEFORE ARRIVAL

We're committed to supporting the small rural communities we call home. Before your arrival, take some time to visit local producers and stock up on fresh, local goods for your tiny home stay: 

Tooborac Farmers Market: Fresh local produce, cheeses, and gourmet foods.
Tooborac Brewery and Hotel: Local craft beer and delicious meals.
Heathcote Wine Hub: A variety of local wines and gourmet products.
Heathcote Honey: Pure honey collected from local bees.
## DAY 1
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Morning meditation or yoga.
Leisurely walk on the property.
Wine and cheeseboard at sunset by the outdoor fire with local produce.
BBQ dinner with local produce.
Board games and stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 2
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Add some nature-focused activities for an immersive experience:
Spend time observing and photographing local wildlife.
Practice mindful walking, paying attention to the sights, sounds, and scents around you.
Try sketching or painting the natural scenery.
Take a longer hike to explore different parts of the property or nearby trails.
Sunset dinner with local produce.
Stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 3
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Pick up a pastry or some sourdough bread at Tooborac General Store, or head to The Albion Hotel in Kyneton for breakfast.
Day Trip: Explore local attractions:
Take a leisurely stroll around the charming town of Heathcote, known for its boutique wineries and beautiful landscapes.
Visit the local shops and galleries (Heathcote Winery, Heathcote Antiques, and Redgum Gallery).
Consider visiting Pink Cliffs for a unique geological experience and scenic walk.
Enjoy lunch at the Willow Room in Heathcote – known for its farm-to-table dining experience.
Return to Tiny Pip for sunset and stargazing with local produce by the fire.
## DAY 4
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Enjoy pancakes with fresh berries and honey.
Head to the nearby McIvor Range Reserve for a day of hiking and exploring the picturesque landscapes and stunning views.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the reserve's scenic spots, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Evening: Dine at the Tooborac Hotel and Brewery for a hearty meal and local craft beer, then return to Tiny Pip to relax by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 5
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee and a breakfast platter made with local produce.
Walk around the land where Tiny Pip resides and explore the nearby local scenery. If the weather is warm, you might even fancy a swim in a nearby creek or waterhole.
Visit Heathcote Wine Hub to purchase some wine or perhaps take a tour!
Head back to your tiny home to enjoy a relaxed afternoon and stargazing with local produce.


Tiny Pip is an opportunity to unplug from work calls and emails and plug into what really matters. Perched on a hill,  within 140 acres of land,  the main window benefits from exceptional views.  Walk 15-minutes from the house to an even higher spot for panoramic views of the area. It’s an idyllic picnic spot and a perfect place to watch the sunset. 

Located just 90 minutes drive from Melbourne, you'll feel like you are miles away from anything at Pip.  From the front doorstep, you'll be able to observe kangaroos grazing and lazing and dozens of colourful bird species (we've left you some binoculars and a bird-watching guide). There are some cattle and horses on the land too.

Set in the Heathcote wine region, you'll find plenty of wineries within a 30-minute radius. It's just 10 minutes to Tooborac village, which has a well-known country pub (with brewery), pie shop and general store. We recommend visiting the Pink Cliffs Reserve where you can wander through intriguing mini gorges and cliffs of fine pink clay.

Named after the kind and loving character of Pip from Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, this tiny house has plenty of views to share.  Facing northeast, wake up to uninterrupted countryside views and soak in the glow of the sun setting over the rolling hills.
