An ode to the power of nature, Kookaburra Chateau is part of Kookaburra Ridge a rustic self-catering retreat that forces real relaxation. Named after the bird with the iconic laugh, Kookaburra Ridge sets the scene for good times. Close to the coast yet totally immersed in Australian bush, Kookaburra Chateau offers privacy and relaxation.

This is not your usual camping experience. Kookaburra Chateau sleeps up to four guests and provides quality, comfort and style. Perched on its own deck, about 100m away from the other bell tent, complete with an outdoor bathtub and seating area.

Magical evenings are guaranteed whether you’re telling folktales around the firepit or bartending at Kookaburra Tavern. The tavern is a common area furnished with a dartboard, Bluetooth speakers, basic provisions and a bar that you’re encouraged to stock. At the end of the night, you can follow the fairy lights back to your humble abode.
