No matter the season, Bridgetown’s climate ensures a diverse and unforgettable experience. Enjoy the blossoming blooms in spring, the enriching heat of summer, the warm tones of autumn, or crisp winter nights by the fire. 

Surrounded by Jarrah and Marri forests, Tiny Matilda invites you to rest under the cover of trees, get lost in a novel, or embark on a mindful meditation to the sounds of nature.  

We encourage you to take a dip in the nearby dam, followed by a blissful picnic on the deck that frames the home. 

Expect to leave Tiny Matilda with a sense of quiet.

Please note: to protect the surrounding landscape, this home is in a Total Fire Ban (TOBAN) area. Fires are not permitted until 31 March, 2026.

Bridgetown Farmers Market: Fresh local produce, cheeses, and gourmet foods.
Blackwood Valley Wines: Local wines and gourmet products.
Bridgetown Honey: Pure honey collected from local bees.
Cowaramup Brewing Company: Craft beer brewed with locally sourced ingredients.
Or pick up fresh produce from Galloway Farm – the land that Tiny Matilda resides on.
## DAY 1
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Morning meditation or yoga.
Leisurely walk on the property.
Wine and cheeseboard at sunset by the outdoor fire with local produce.
BBQ dinner with local produce.
Board games and stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 2
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Add some nature-focused activities for an immersive experience:
Spend time observing and photographing local wildlife.
Practice mindful walking, paying attention to the sights, sounds, and scents around you.
Try sketching or painting the natural scenery.
Take a longer hike to explore different parts of the property or nearby trails.
Sunset dinner with local produce.
Stargazing by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 3
Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee.
Pick up a pastry or some sourdough bread at The Bridgetown Bakery, or head to The Green Room Café for breakfast.
Day Trip: Explore local attractions:
Take a leisurely stroll around the historic town of Bridgetown, known for its charming heritage buildings and beautiful gardens.
Visit the local shops and galleries (Bridgetown Art Gallery, The Old Cheese Factory, and local artisan stores).
Consider visiting the Blackwood River for a relaxing walk or canoeing experience.
Enjoy lunch at The Bridgetown Hotel – known for its delicious, locally sourced meals and cozy atmosphere.
Return to Tiny Matilda for sunset and stargazing with local produce by the fire.
## DAY 4
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Enjoy pancakes with fresh berries and honey.
Head to the Warren National Park for a day of hiking and exploring the stunning natural landscapes, including ancient forests and scenic lookouts.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the park’s scenic spots, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Evening: Dine at The Cidery – known for its hearty meals and unique local ciders, then return to Tiny Matilda to relax by the outdoor fire.
## DAY 5
Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee and a breakfast platter made with local produce.
Walk around the land where Tiny Matilda resides and explore the nearby local scenery. If the weather is warm, you might even fancy a swim in a the nearby waterhole!
Visit Blackwood Valley Wines to purchase some wine or perhaps take a tour.
Head back to your tiny home to enjoy a relaxed afternoon and stargazing with local produce.
