Nestled in the heart of the bush, 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney, Kookaburra Manor offers an opulent glamping experience an easy drive from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The bell tent offers an extensive deck, complete with an outdoor bath. Additionally, there's a communal campfire, a covered kitchen area equipped with a tavern and lounge space, along with communal bathrooms.

Unwind in nature with our newest addition – a wood fire sauna nestled at Kookaburra. The perfect way to slow down, warm up, and reconnect.

Please note: Kookaburra Manor shares its land with another bell tent located just a brief walk from one another.

To support you on your wellbeing journey, we've meticulously crafted an itinerary designed to optimise your experience and rejuvenation during your stay. We're committed to supporting the small rural communities we call home. Before your arrival, take some time to visit local producers and stock up on fresh, local goods for your tiny home stay: Lake Macquarie Farmers Market: Fresh local produce, cheeses, and gourmet foods. Hunter Valley Cheese Factory: Artisan cheeses made using traditional methods. Tamburlaine Organic Wines: Organic wine from a sustainable vineyard. Six String Brewing Co.: Craft beer brewed with locally sourced ingredients. ## DAY 1 Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Morning meditation or yoga. Leisurely walk on the property. Wine and cheeseboard at sunset by the outdoor fire with local produce. BBQ dinner with local produce. Board games and stargazing by the outdoor fire. ## DAY 2 Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Add some nature-focused activities for an immersive experience: Spend time observing and photographing local wildlife. Practice mindful walking, paying attention to the sights, sounds, and scents around you. Try sketching or painting the natural scenery. Take a longer hike to explore different parts of the property or nearby trails. Sunset dinner with local produce. Stargazing by the outdoor fire. ## DAY 3 Relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Pick up a pastry or some sourdough bread at Doyalson Bakery, or head to The Coffee Pot Cafe for breakfast. Day Trip: Explore local attractions: Take a leisurely stroll around the charming town of Wyee, known for its serene atmosphere and natural beauty. Visit the local shops and galleries (Wyee Nursery and Cafe, local arts and crafts). Consider visiting the Munmorah State Conservation Area for a relaxing walk among diverse plant species and beautifully landscaped gardens. Enjoy lunch at Catherine Hill Bay Hotel – known for its delicious, locally sourced meals and scenic setting. Return to Kookaburra Manor for sunset and stargazing with local produce by the fire. ## DAY 4 Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee. Enjoy pancakes with fresh berries and honey. Head to Watagans National Park for a day of hiking and exploring the stunning natural landscapes, including panoramic views and native wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the park's scenic spots, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings. Evening: Dine at The Lake House Cafe for a hearty meal, then return to Kookaburra Ridge to relax by the outdoor fire. ## DAY 5 Morning: relax in bed watching the sunrise with St Ali Coffee and a breakfast platter made with local produce. Walk around the land where Kookaburra Manor resides and explore the nearby local scenery. If the weather is warm, you might even fancy a swim in the nearby lake. Visit Tamburlaine Organic Wines to purchase some wine, or perhaps take a tour! Head back to your tiny home to enjoy a relaxed afternoon and stargazing with local produce.
